Carlos Quenedit was trained at the National Ballet School of Havana. He was a principal dancer with San Francisco Ballet and with Ballet de Monterrey as well as a soloist with the National Ballet of Cuba and guest artist with the Joffrey Ballet, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and Houston Ballet.
Carlos performed many principal roles including, Helgi Tomassonβs Nutcracker, Romeo & Juliet, Swan Lake;Tomasson/Possokhovβs Don Quixote; George Balanchineβs Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux, The Nutcracker, Divertimento No.15, Allegro Brillante, Brahms-Schoenberg Quartet, The Four Temperaments, Concerto Borocco, Ballet Imperial, Serenade, Symphony in C and Symphony in Three Movements; BubenΓΔekβs Gentle Memories, Van Manenβs Variations for Two Couples; McGregorβs Borderlands, Nureyevβs Raymonda; Pageβs Guide to Strange Places;Possokhovβs Classical Symphony; Francesca da Riminiβs RAkU and The Rite of Spring; Ratmanskyβs Seven Sonatasand Shostakovich Trilogy (Symphony #9); Jerome Robbinsβ In the Night and Dances at a Gathering; Liam Scarlettβs Fearful Symmetries and Christopher Wheeldonβs Cinderella, Continuum, Number Nine.
He joined MCB as a principal dancer in 2019.
